How long will my order take to
arrive?
We endeavour to deliver the goods you
have ordered within 7-10 working days from receipt of your
order.
The item I would like to
purchase is showing as out of stock. When will it be back in
stock?
We endeavour to replenish out of stock
items as quickly as we can. The stockists link on the website
enables you to search for local stores who may have the item in
stock. We will soon be introducing a notification system that
will email you to notify you when an out of stock item that you
wish to purchase is back in stock.
I purchased my goods via
the Typhoon website. Where should I return them
to?
If you ordered your products via the
Typhoon website and you believe them to be incorrect, damaged or
faulty, then they should be returned to the Typhoon Internet
Warehouse. Please see the 'Delivery & Returns' section for full
details and the address.
I purchased my goods in-store.
Where should I return them to?
If you ordered your products from
in-store and you believe them to be incorrect, damaged or
faulty, then they should be returned to the same store, or
same chain of store, with your proof of purchase.
