How long will my order take to arrive?
We endeavour to deliver the goods you have ordered within 7-10 working days from receipt of your order.

The item I would like to purchase is showing as out of stock. When will it be back in stock?
We endeavour to replenish out of stock items as quickly as we can. The stockists link on the website enables you to search for local stores who may have the item in stock. We will soon be introducing a notification system that will email you to notify you when an out of stock item that you wish to purchase is back in stock.

I purchased my goods via the Typhoon website. Where should I return them to?
If you ordered your products via the Typhoon website and you believe them to be incorrect, damaged or faulty, then they should be returned to the Typhoon Internet Warehouse. Please see the 'Delivery & Returns' section for full details and the address.

I purchased my goods in-store. Where should I return them to?
If you ordered your products from in-store and you believe them to be incorrect, damaged or faulty, then they should be returned to the same store, or same chain of store, with your proof of purchase.

Can I change the delivery address for my order?
The delivery address can only be changed if your order hasn't already been dispatched. If you need to change the delivery address for your order then send your request via email to the address on the contact page.

Do you deliver outside of the UK mainland?
We currently only deliver to the UK mainland, however we are hoping to expand our delivery area soon. You can find out which stores outside of the UK mainland stock Typhoon products by clicking the 'distributors' link at the bottom of the page and contacting your local distributor directly.

Is the website secure? Will my personal and bank details be safe?
The website will become secure at the login in and check out stages, i.e. at all times where private details are entered. You will be able to see the browser change from 'http' to 'https' - the 's' means it's secure. You will also be able to see a padlock in the bottom right of the window, again showing that it is secure.

Where can I find full instructions on how to use my wok?
Full instructions and care and use will be included with your wok.

What is PTFE?
Polytetrafluoroethylene is widely used to impart non-stick properties to cookware coatings because of its low coefficient of friction. Its temperature stability is up to 260°C when used for food-contact applications. Thermolon™ non-stick coating is PTFE-Free.

What is PFOA?
Perfluorooctanoic acid, sometimes referred to as "C8", is used as a processing aid in the manufacture of PTFE dispersions and other fluoropolymers. It is very persistent in the environment and is very slow to eliminate from the human body. Currently there is concern because PFOA can now be detected in the blood stream of most Americans, but the mechanism by which it enters the body is not understood.
There is growing evidence that PFOA should be considered as a likely carcinogen.
There is no PFOA in GreenPan™ cookware. There is no PFOA used to manufacture the Thermolon™ non-stick coatings.
